Online Returns Policy
We are responsible for what we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy Return.
We allow Return of the items purchased from ZRI within specified days from the date of delivery as mentioned below.
Return is allowed provided the product is in original condition i.e., unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered & in saleable condition with original tags, invoice & packaging intact
All return products received at our warehouse will undergo a quality check. If the product picked up for return does not pass the quality check, then the refund will be put on hold, and we shall ship the product back to you.
We do not accept any Return of any altered garments.
If any product is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different, you may return the product in its original unused condition with original tags and original packaging (along with boxes if any) within 2 days from the date of delivery accepted.
The shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded.
Product/s purchased during sale will be returned within the same sale period only.
You may Return Merchandise to us in the following ways:
Return through ZRI courier collection:
If you request a return through our courier collection for any reason within the specified days as mentioned above, we request you to return the product in original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered & in saleable condition) with original tags, invoice & original packaging intact, failing which return may not be possible.
You may raise return (Registered User) by logging in to your ZRI online account from “My Profile > My Orders > View Order > Return
You may write to us info@thezri.com and request a return. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier within 2 working days from the date of request raised.
While raising the return request, it is mandatory for the customer to share the image of the product and packaging clearly depicting the product, price tag and picture showing reason for return.
We request you to take utmost care in selecting the refund mode while raising a Return request as once the refund mode is selected, it cannot be changed or modified.
The courier executive will pick the product within 2 working days from the date of request raised.
You will receive SMS confirmation or physical receipt at the time of product pick-up. We request you to retain the details.
For Returns, the refund is initiated as per the refund mode selected at the time of raising the request.

The credit reflection depends on the timeline specified by the bank. In the case of nationalized banks, you may expect further delay for credit reflection into your account.
Refund for eligible Cash on Delivery order will be done through online transfer in the bank account as per details submitted by you at the time of initiating Return. We request you to take utmost care while submitting the bank details. You shall receive credit into your account within 2-3 working days from the day of refund processed.

We reserve the right to change or update this policy at any time by placing a prominent notice on the Platform. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to this Platform.
Exchange of the merchandise purchased at INTUNE Store, shall be allowed within 30 days from the date of billing, provided the merchandise has been returned in original condition i.e., unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered & in saleable condition with original price tags, packaging intact and with original cash memo.
If you have the original bill, you can exchange the product or get a complete refund for the same.
No exchange is allowed for Altered merchandise.
Merchandise purchased during the sale/offer will be exchanged during the same sale/offer period only. The aforesaid refund/credit note policy will not be applicable.
