Return Policy

• We offer a 7 days Return and Exchange Policy. Returns or Exchange claimed after 7 days of receiving your order will not be accepted.

• Orders can be canceled only before the shipment leaves our warehouse.

• We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

• All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and in the original shoe box.

• We reserve the right to decline the exchange or return request if we find the product in used or damaged condition.

• The exchange or return request will only be approved once the product reaches our warehouse and it passes the Quality check process.

• We may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or another manipulative behaviour that entitles us to a claim against you.

• It will take 7 working days to complete the refund process.

• In Case of COD orders, the amount will be refunded to you by NEFT bank transfer.

• To put an exchange or return request you can mail us at info@thezri.com. Give us the time of 2-3 working days to get back to you.

• We do not bear the return shipping charges. However, in case of defect or faulty product shipped to you, we reimburse you the shipping charges paid by you to return the product. (upto Rs. 100)
